" I know that when Richard releases an album that I won't be disappointed. even if i'm not truly fond
of all the songs, they're still not half bad. His writing always gets to my heart and my mind. I love that about him. He's
truly an ultimate songster in my songbook!"

Richard
Marx fan since 1987

Richard Marx got his start singing commercial jingles and backing vocals for such artists as Lionel Richey
and Madonna. He soon came into his own with the release of his self titled debut in 1987 after signing with Manhattan
Records. He went on to pop stardom having major success with his first 2 albums, "Richard Marx" and "Repeat Offender".
With the release of "Rush Street" in 1991 and "Paid Vacation" in 1994 his career took a turn pushing him out of the spotlight
and into seclusion. Returning in 1997 with "Flesh and Bone" Richard was now playing to an audiance of devoted fans.
Today, after resigning with Manhattan Records, Richard has released his 8th album, "My Own Best Enemy" and the single featuring
country heartthrob, Keith Urban, "When You're Gone". His latest release is entitled, "Ready to Fly".
